has anyone installed a ts-64 into a micor base/repeater station?
is so does anyone have the layout of where to make all the connections?
if not is there a better way to get tone decode and encode on a micor
without having to buy a tone encode and decode and the two reeds for them?

you know as one who has never heard of this company one gets the idea that
their products are a good example of animal excrement and should be avoided
as if it is the plague ridden. thanks for the favorable advice on this one.

the channel spacing I think works for 6meter
repeaters around here.
but the 33 42-50 frequency range what will have to
do to get it into the 6m repeater pairs?
anyone have a manual for sale or copy?

well the problem is that the power supply does not have a way to adjust the
voltage out so I would have to build a voltage regulator circuit to put in
between the power supply and all the equipment.

any one know what the max dc volts a micor can take before it cooks?
I have a motorola cabinet not sure from what but it has a power supply in it
that is capable of out putting 13.1 to 16.3 v at 36a. I just want to be sure
that I won't cook the repeater and the control micor mobile. yes I will have

thanks all for the info i Have found the shields at digi key. I am still not
sure which type of coax to order to use inside a Motorola micor mobile radio
that I am making into a repeater.I was leaning to rg176 or rg-58 any better
ideas?

does anyone now where to get an so-239 with a shield or just a shield for an
so-239?
this is the shield that covers the back side up where the coax is connected
to the connector.
what is the best type of coax to use inside of a micor for installing a
receive antenna?

I got my hands on a cabinet and inside is the power supply TPN1186A. I was
wondering if anyone had a mod for it that would let me float a deep cycle
battery on it so that my repeater would have a battery backup. I have the
schematics for the power supply I just need to know where to go in and add

don't forget me
has anyone or does anyone know where tofind the math formulas to help you
design a set of cavities for a duplexer? I have been looking on the web and
in the arrl handbook and the big book of antennas, and todate I have found
plans for 2 meter duplexers.
I have yet to find any place where they show

I guess that is why we are called amateur radio operators :)

can't you use two radios antenna on the duplexer and a handi talkie on el
power and another hooked up to receive and vice a versa when it comes to the
transmit side. this would be short of having the right equipment of course
and your work should be checked with the proper equipment ASAP.
