[Repeater-Builder] seperation between 2 440 antenna's

Good Afternoon,

We are putting up a 440 repeater antenna with over 100watts
and we are looking at putting a yagi directional 440 below it.

What is the rule of thumb for seperation required, 15feet of 20?
