I don't know what the value is on these, but I have been using mine for many
years.
I love it.
It does the things I need pretty well.
Gene on AR902 did some of those, he should be able to help.
You are likley to find that a 50 watt repeater transmitting on the same roof as
any other VHF radios (in the same command vehicle) will desense the other
radios.
I would recommend you consider something in the 20 watt or less range.
This is a case where less is better, especially since you ar
The supply Joe is looking for likely is the TPN1106A (110V) or TPN 1105A (110V
or 240V).
These are known as options C28 and C38 respectively.
Also could have the option C29 low voltage disconnect & alarm.
These are very good supplies.
I have not seen a bad one.
Doesn't mean it doesn't happen, but
You may need to reevaluate what you are trying to do here...
Just in very rough figures, for a one mhz split at 150 mhz, you will want
about 85 dB of isolation between your two frequencies.( just as a starting
point)
That would be around a thousand feet of horizontal separation of antennas,
Keep in mind that the single channel radios (like the M-10) are not that common.
Just use any GM300 / Maxtrac / Radius model and only program one channel.
Also, while it is nice to get the 16 pin accessory board, they cost a bit
more for the convieience.
Doing the modification to the 5 pin
I downloaded the soft / firm / update / manual combination you suggested.
It appears to be working.
So, we plan to let it run and see what happens.
Thanks for the help.
Steve, N7KP.
Not sure what you mean by 12? watt PA.
But in any case the Micor VHF hi exciters are supposed to be 400 milliwatts
out.
So, if you want to drive any of the Micor PA'S with 350 mw, it should be fine.
In my experience, nearly always you can get the rated output with 250 mw
drive.
Keep in m
You can "cheat" and run off one of the 12 v batteries.
But the better way is to use something like the Astron 2412 DC to DC
converters.
I used several of them in the past running 12 v radios in 24 v helicopters.
Like a lot of Astron stuff, they worked very well.
I think the 9 amp version s
I have been pulling up one end of two caps to defeat the beep and clicks, etc.
Lift one end of C114 and C116 on the power supply board.
Usually you can do it by just removing the rear cover and heating with a
soldering iron and tug with needle nose pliers or hemostats.
The old solder rivets
Eric, good point.
I put "...perfectly aligned..." where I really MEANT to have vertically in
there, I missed it.
Too many interuptions.
As others have posted, I think you will be disappointed using that setup.
Here are things to consider:
There are fairly standard "graphs" available from several sources giving
guidance as to need for duplex isolation, isolation curves for cavities, freq
offset, antenna separation, etc.
GE,
I read the post wrong, fortunately Skipp replied to me off list.
Jeff you mentioned 220 ACSB.
I have a question you might be able to answer about Securicor equip.
Contact me off list when you get a chance.

S-1052 is the DC powered only model, S-1063 is the same, but also had a 110vac
input on the back.
Both used a Burgess 4156 (22 1/2 volt) and a Burgess 130 (1 1/2 volt) for
their batteries.
I had one for a long time, but got tired of the odd batteries.

Yes, there were MOCOM 10's in both VHF hi, and UHF.
I have had a couple on each band (but its been years)
I am at this very moment looking at the 1980 Motorola "Communications parts &
data handbook"
On the top of page 71 it lists;
"MOCOM-10" Replacement Parts
(High Band and UHF)
You might check with Telewave.
They still discount for Ham clubs if that applies.
Look for the direct email I sent you RE: a Maxtrac.
Yes please assemble the Spectra Tac info.
I actually have a comparator and receiver shelf on my bench working on a way
to use the two (and more recievers) without the status tone.
I have heard of people inserting the status tone at the link receiver end,
and several other ideas.
So, I wo
I have several spares that I pulled from mobiles for backups on a Six meter
repeater.
I am not going to need them all.
Do you have a model number you are looking for?
Or maybe he was thinking of the Micor Rx Pre-amps?

I am about 99 percent sure those are Sinclair cavities that belong on a hybrid ring duplexer. And if so, there should be a loop harness and the "stub" should not be attached to the Tee connector. Do a search on Hybrid ring and you should find the info. If not, look on Skipp's repeater info
I would love to have it.Steve Kometz, N7KP

Yes, I did that too, but this is the Rpt version, and I hoped to find out if there are any differences. Esp. the connections to the rear.
