This summer, I plan to take down my Cellwave Station Master (repeater antenna)
for service, maintenance or painting.
Over the years, moss and algae set in and the bright white fiberglass
I enjoyed transacting with air.com with Sid Cohen...go out his way to help you
out..Lately the atmosphere (customer relation) at air.comm is totally
different...I am not sure that Sid Cohen is still around. I will dig up their
phone contact.

The Island Way:
I used my IC-28H..(mobile) .which has led bars on rx signal strength. I
drove around the island and map out receptions on strategic points. Clients
are satisfied that a 15-watts tx at repeater site covered the whole island (32
square miles). Repeater located at center
I have access to IC 28h mobiles and intend to make a repeater out of two
mobiles.
...not for heavy use...but casual ...club use...5-10 watts tx. will be
sufficient
...will be powered by solar
...not too sure whether to use duplexer or two antenna
...to make it portable to readily
I am grateful to all who pointed out ...heads-up... on using 9913...I was just
pointing out what I have in preparation...In actuality we do have sufficient
run of Andrew Heliax of which we will eventually use.
