Which radios are involved here? Presume there is no actual COR output or you
have not found it? Are you looking for an audio driven circuit?

I have a couple of old relays made by AMPHENOL. They are marked with
the code CT 42225 on the outer casing and have the code 316-10744-3
on the internal changeover switch/coax sockets which are N type. They
will switch on 12V but are marked as 26VDC.
