all of this brings up the question we all have early mot/ge euipment, most
still working.
Who wants it? Is there a two way museum? I assume Motorola has one ???
Example, I have a 4channel ex FBI all tube radio, 2 6146's in the P.A., was
vibrator, now diode rect. A shame to send to the dumpster,
no crystal mfctrs left in Canada now, that West is out of business--to my
knowledge

this is the silver box, note it is vhf, not uhf.
My question in the absence of any documentation is--what is the minimum
spacing, in order to use the internal duplexer.
Presently it's 2.7 mhzs between the tx/rx !!

Skipp and all- finishing up this conversion, looking for instructions on
"properly" tuning this P.A.
It seems to be a canadian 40watt intermitent P.A., would like to find the power
control board instructions., it's presently putting out 40+ watts in the 155
MHz range.
It looks very close to a T

Brian I have converted two ritron responder., model rr-450
They work good., but internal duplexer is right on the edge., an external
one would work better., (out of range)., as they are indeed 450-470 mhz

at its' range end., one tuned good., the other so., so., I still have to
play a bit more.

Skipp- audio level varies from none to ok., good for a few days., then no
audio agn.
Pots have been cleaned., rotated., pin contacts cleaned, still have the
problem.
Easier to replace the board then drag the repeater home for service.
Can you help?
