[Repeater-Builder] Motorola Micor Mobile

Have a Motorola Micor vhf and uhf transmitter and vhf and uhf reciever. Both are linked togerher in the same cabinet. Both key but are not showing any power out to the antenna. Got the repeater the other day and the fellow said he had no problems with it. It has been sitting for over a year.
