I've got a Cushman CE-6030 spectrum analyzer that lost the memory
battery. Now that I've replaced it, the PLL is locking up on random
garbage. Do any of you have one, or access to a shop manual? I think I
need to do a processor reset, but can't figure out how to do it. I've

They are actually called pico fuses. Do you know the rating?

Follow up:
Sorry, I thought you were looking for a source. My Cushman (different
model) has the pico fuse located inside the BNC connector. The
connector unscrews from the front panel and the fuse is inside. I don't
know if yours is similar?

that tiny pico fuse mounted behind the front panel connector.
You had to remove the bottom cover to access it.
