Can someone give me the URL or the mod to the Icom RP1520 VHF repeater so that a power drop does not reset the PL? Does it also prevent timers and ID from going to defaults?

I need some help with an Icom RP1520 2-meter repeater. It has a built in controller with ID'er. I'm trying to clear the previous call sign but I can't get it to erase. For erasing the manual says to set S7 & S8 on the LOGIC-A UNIT to "C" then push S6 on the LOGIC-A UNIT. When I do this no
