I have an Nuelink Transmitter, model RFL-TV4 that had an original xtal in it of 145.390. I ordered a new xtal for the transmitter at 145.410. I put the xtal in, and it does not oscillate at 145.410, but rahter at 145.383. Thought the xtal was bad, had the company make another, and same
