My experience here - I bought my retirement place near the top
of a local hill. The next two properties east of me, I bought
also, were empty lots - the second property came with a 12' x 16'
concrete and concrete block building, a tower base, three anchor
points and three phase power.

Thanks to all who have responded. I was able to obtain a plat
showing the property from the utility company. The plat does specify
a square parcel 208.7 feet on a side--1 acre completely enclosed
within someone else's property. The plat shows the property includes
a building with a security f

You could have a sports car in the driveway or a
repeater site on a mountain for your mid life crisis.
One of the above tends to be a better girl catcher,
but you can shut the volume off on the other. :-)
