A way of crimping solderless lugs, pins on connectors, etc. when your out
in the field and don't have the correct crimpers. Instead of using the
needlenose pliers above the fulcrum point, use the area just below the
fulcrum point. A tremendous amount of pressure can be achieved when using the
area just below the fulcrum point. So much that you must be careful you don't
totally flatten or smash the connector. It won't be a mil spec crimp, but it
just may get you a useable connection.
