"No optional 11.25 or 6" You can always use *less* than the *maximum authorized* bandwidth. If you couldn't, all the radios with low deviation would be illegal. For that matter, try finding a Low Band radio on Land Mobile that uses 20 kHz bandwidth. All the ones I've seen use 16 kHz bandwid
