Hello Jason, I agree with Dwayne, except that I see that you are running 100 watts on 2 meters and plan to run 30 watts on 70cm. That power level would probably burn up one of the ham quality diplexers in time. You are better off with a commercial unit, such as the TX/RX one Dwayne recommend

Jason, There a bunch of products on the market that will do what you need. Most of the time they are called diplexers, but sometimes they are named as duplexers. For the best results you would want a combining unit with the lowest loss (less than 0.5 db). Probably the best ones around are from
