[Repeater-Builder] WTB: Moto 192.8 Hz PL reed

2005-12-28 Thread Mark Cobbeldick
I am hoping to find someone with a 192.8 Hz reed for a 70's vintage Moto radio. I don't usually work with Moto gear, but this deal was way too good to pass on. Any assistance/suggestions/advice will be greatly appreciated from folks more familiar with this equipment. Please reply off-list:

HI Mark, What type of reed do you need, either a # or description, or radio model will help. I probably have them. Lance.N2HBA - Original Message - From: "Mark Cobbeldick" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: Sent: Wednesday, December 28, 2005 8:41 AM Subject: [Repeater-Builder] WT

Hey Mike, you are probably old enough to remember when JJ Glass had a surplus bin of old / used vacuum tubes. I think it was the 5D21 (???) that had solid gold grids. I think there is one of those in my garage. You can tell the grids are gold as they aren't tarnished. Neil Mike
