Hi Tony Yes it is possible and the Rick is a nice ti=o have and not necessary. Some basic passive components you can have a fully functional repeater. Have a look at batlabs site for more info or better go and invest in a manual for the gm300 for accessories connectors and mods.There are

Check http://www.batlabs.com/rptrcabl.html Also the GM300's have an internal jumper that provides either flat/unmuted audio or deemph/muted audio out. The transmitter jumper must be changed accordingly. Note this is a quick and dirty solution. There is no id'er has anybody converted 2 gm300
