I do it with my NHRC by using the Fan Control Option on the controller. That
command as I recall will sink to ground, so I used it to ground my PL tone
TS-32 (64). When it is active the PL works, when I turn the Fan Control off,
the ground disappears and so does the PL tones. Hope this helps

If you want to see a scary search go to the USPTO and look at all the
words Motorola has trade marked over the years. It's almost the size
of the new speak dictionary.
The the term "Private-Line" was issued in 1976, but is no longer an
active trade mark. Looks like it
