*Specific skills needed: **A Senior Systems Analyst or Technical Architect who has hands on experience designing EDI HIPAA transactions leveraging an iterative development methodology. Experience to include:*** · *Documenting **HIPAA EDI X12 4010A1 / 5010 including 834, 835, 837, 270, 271, 276, 277, and 278*** · *Knowledge of UML modeling notation in support of EDI transaction design* · *Knowledge of EDI edits across NASCO, the Blue Association or other Blue plans* · *Hands on experience implementing EDI transactions leveraging a component based Service Oriented Architecture*** · *Optionally, experience designing and implementing Edifecs products including SpecBuilder, Ramp Manager**, and Transaction Manager*** * * *Soft skills needed: **Ability to facilitate both business and IT resources in the process analysis and solution redesign of EDI 5010 transactions. Strong modeling and documentation skills. * * * *Overview of Project Resource will be Assigned to: **The EDI 5010 project is designing and implementing the next generation EDI platform in support of HIPAA 5010 transactions.
