*Role: Big Data/ Hadoop Developer* *Location: Eden Prairie, MN* *Duration: 8+ months* *Responsibilities : * · Design and help maintain big data environment, capable of processing TB of data per day in real time, and scalable as needed to store PB and EB of data. · Effectively work with business owners to gather requirements, gain deep understanding of use cases and business needs, and translate into design and architecture. · Integrate big data components, libraries, and systems required to properly perform low-latency analysis of data, including but not limited to regression, machine learning. · Create and implement an in-depth security plan for protecting data end to end, capable of handling modern best practice enterprise privacy and encryption needs. · Create thorough documentation of all aspects of your design, design choices, trade-offs, and alternatives and back up your choices with thoughtful analysis. · Measure system performance on a daily basis, suggest and perform modifications to improve desired behavior. · Coordinate with team in US and Offshore for day to day activities. · Work with Multiple stake holders to keep the projects on track. *Required Skills: * · Excellent understanding on Big data platform and architecture. · Thorough and extensive knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem and distributed computing, including but not limited to Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Flume,Spark,Talend, Sqoop,Map-Reduce framwork · Experience writing and debugging several scripting languages (R, Python, Java, Pig, Oozie) for low-level processing, scheduling tasks, analytics, and similar · Experience tuning, benchmarking, and performing maintenance on large-scale enterprise systems, as well as smaller proof-of-concept type clusters · Knowledge of modern security best practices and techniques for encrypting data in transit and at rest, protecting data privacy without sacrificing performance or data analysis capabilities · Knowledge and experience interacting with application servers and web servers such as Nginx, Redis, IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, WebLogic, etc. · Understanding of Data ware housing concept and Change data capture. · Ability to visualize and map out all components of an architecture powerfully and succinctly to call out in executive level reports and presentations · Ability to demonstrate and convey complex ideas to executives and technical staff in plain language · any SSH client, complex shell scripting using Unix, and PERL and crontab, Tivoli (TWS) or Autosys or equivalent job scheduling tool experience · Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Spark, Talend, Sqoop, PIG Scripts, Shell script ,Python, Map reduce Framework: 3-5 year *Regards,* *Shubham Jha | Technical Recruiter |Procuretechstaff* *Office: 201-354-1080 | Fax: 773-304-4698* *Board Line: 773-304-3630 | EXT-101* *Email: *shubham....@procuretechstaff.in *155 N Michigan Ave | Suite 513 | Chicago | IL 60601* [image: PTS-New-Logo] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
