*Duration:* 6 Months plus *Job Description:* This position is for a *Business Systems Analyst/ Business Analyst located in NYC**.* The consultant is required to have strong project management and business analysis skills as well as specific business experience to support a given project. ? Business experience would need to be prior working experience, generally not gained specifically through a prior analysis project. ? Hands on operations and/or management experience from which the skills/knowledge was gained (generally the folks would have transitioned to project management/analysis some time in the career). ? Looking to leverage the prior working knowledge of the candidate to serve as a subject matter expert in support of the project, thus would expect that the candidates are senior analysts. *Responsibilities: *All aspects of the project including: ? coordinate meetings, ? working with end users in requirements gathering ? drafting business requirement and functional specification documents, publishing minutes of meetings, ? maintaining project plans, ? ensuring complete test scripts are developed by the QA team ? coordinate activities with IT. ? Use guide preparation/training (may be required for some projects) They would need to be proficient in the basic MS Office applications as well as MS VISIO. There would not be a junior staff to support the candidate?for the most part the individual would need to perform all these tasks. *Additional Job Info: * The ideal candidate should have a background relating to the following: *Balances.
