Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of the system development life cycle and can train others on SDLC concepts Good at attention to detail, time management, work prioritization, multi-tasking, estimate tasks, on-time deliverables and task delegation & follow up Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables. *Duties:* Requirement analysis and documentation. Ability to assimilate the holistic view as well the detailed dissection of the business processes Collaborate with business to define requirements and recommend optimized solutions Interface with the end users to define and document requirements. Perform system impact analysis including upstream and downstream impacts, propose solutions and build functional specifications. Plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources Ability to conduct peer reviews to solicit feedback on materials created Ability to learn, understand and use new technology/tool and willingness to document as well mentor others in the team.
