This includes the Helpdesk, Service Level Management, Asset Management, and Change Management, custom applications based on ServiceNow as well as integrations with external applications (Web services, APIs) Should be able to customize workflows supporting above modules/processes To assist existing users with customizing categories, tweaks to SLAs, modifications to the existing workflow etc. Customizing Reports, Changing views and analytics report, To debug performance issues and assist with maintaining the health of the tool *Qualifications:* Minimum 5years experience in a position as a ITSM developer using the Helpdesk, Service Level Management, Asset Management, and Change ITSM 7.x Management modules.
