Researches technical environment and infrastructure needs. Assist with defining scope, plans, deliverables, as well as assisting with collecting detailed user and technical requirements for assigned projects. Coordinates and collaborates with others to analyze collected requirements, translate into infrastructure solutions, and to ensure that identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Assist with investigation and resolution of problems on selected software products and standard systems. Lead the development of a cross functional view of the enterprise infrastructure to create the strategic plan. Create enterprise infrastructure architecture strategies, blueprints and standards. Liaise with Solution Design, Operations, and Solution Support functions internally to ensure objectives being met. Specific Requirements: • Must possess knowledge of concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications, information and underlying infrastructure technologies; • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced challenging environment; • Must possess excellent time management skills and effectively prioritize work across multiple competing priorities; • Must be well organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with business groups and external customers; • Must have experience with and/or knowledge across a variety of infrastructure technologies that should include Operating Systems, Middleware, Databases, Networks, Storage, and Virtualization Desired Requirements: • 7+ years experience designing, implementing, and/or operating IT infrastructure technology systems.
