we like someone with *Credit Card Division *experience These are the type of flows the BA's will need to produce in the Citi project: 1) Business Flows 2) Architectural Flows 3) Relationship Flows 4) Flows where you evidenced – best practices, control points, and possible risks (In the course of mapping, if the resources have identified risks, we would assume he or she WILL identify and document it) Required Skills: • Demonstrated excellence in documentation of Potential Risks for Risk Assessment and Mitigation • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to be an agent for positive change • Demonstrated working knowledge of various business process and system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Gap analysis and Use Case Scenarios • Demonstrated Data Governance knowledge • Documenting Production Environment Job schedule. Qualifications: • 8+ years working in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role, preferably in the Financial industry • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience working on Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, metadata, and/or data quality solutions and/or processes • Analyze business, process and systems performance, and identify improvement opportunities • Identify opportunities for team members to develop, evaluate and manage business case and cost/benefit analyses • Make recommendations to Senior Management based on business case and analyses • Lead decision making support and make recommendations regarding best options • Serve as advocate, mentor & role model for integrating best practices into the organization • A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in managing Business Intelligence and/or MDM efforts and project teams through all phases of the project • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling • Proven problem resolution and analytical skills with keen attention to detail • Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize and adapt quickly to change in high pressure situations with minimal supervision required • Experience working with cross-functional, globally dispersed teams • Solid business acumen; ability to understand and anticipate business needs in order to provide appropriate solutions • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to interview stakeholders • Excellent listening, interpersonal, facilitation, written, oral and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate concepts in both technical and user-friendly language to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood. • BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline -- * * *Thanks & Regards* Rathna Kumar | Senior-IT Recruiter | Email: rath...@usmsystems.com Phone: 703-349-2660 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
