Title: Tableau Developer Location: Peoria, IL
Length: 1 Year+ Description: This Business Analyst/Tableau Developer position will be responsible for documenting customer requirements (in the form of text and screen mockups), communicating requirements to the software development team, clarifying questions from the software development team, signing off on deliverables prior to user acceptance testing, establishing a positive customer experience, and at times asked to develop using Tableau software. Required Skills: The candidate must have at least a 4-year degree in information technology, marketing, communications, business, or related fields. The candidate must also have previous experience on a software development team and must have strong business acumen, written and oral communications skills. Desired Skills: Experience developing with Tableau desktop, experience in graphics design, and experience modeling and querying relational databases are highly desired. Analytical skills, the art of listening, project planning/organization, teamwork, interpersonal skill, and accountability. Prior experience with Agile software development methodologies and experience working with an onshore/offshore team model. Listening to the business partner and translating business requirements into technical detailed requirements that can be understood by the software development team is critical to the success of this role.
