Systems Analyst Role: Customer requirements gathering and analysis, diagrams and flow charts on as is and to be models. Documentum and *DCM design* and assist in the planning of the development. Create test scripts and complete functional testing 2. DI Role: *Documentum design, configuration/development, and Functional Test* 3. SE Role: .Troubleshoots network, *OS, SAN* and database related issues within the Documentum platform .Effectively manages system-level patches (vendor and OS) to ensure security, stability and IT compliance of platform .Manages and enforces the security access levels for *OS,* file system and platform level objects .Manages the migration of changes from pre-production to production environments .Ensures timely and accurate updates of asset information within established IT repositories (*Asset Direct, KCDB, etc.)* .Understands and monitors applicable hardware and software support, license and warranty contracts with vendors .Effectively participates in IT incident and problem management processes .Effectively implements platforms capable of hosting Documentum-based applications and services .Establishes and maintains relationships with *SAN, Database, WAN/LAN, Data Center* contacts .Effectively manages system performance testing Necessary Skills (Must Have): 1. SA Necessary Skills (Must Have): *Documentum 6.x;* > 1 year of hands on experience; 2. DI Necessary Skills (Must Have): *Documentum 6.x development*; *Documentum DCM; Documentum WDK; Java Development experience; DQL; * Written and Verbal Communications in English 3. SE Necessary Skills (Must Have): *Windows 2003 Server administration* Documentum administration and tuning *BEA WebLogic administration and tuning* Java VM Microsoft Operations Manager 2007 Solid understanding of WAN/LAN and remote server administration procedures Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have): 3.
