I'm getting the following error starting up resin-3.0.19 and/or
resin-3.0.23 and have yet to figure out what exactly is causing it:

More to report, it would appear that plugin_ignore works
haphazardly ... every 3 requests it ignores, or every 5 .. can
someone shine some light on this?
