Hi Let me know if you have any consultants with the following skills *Job : Mobile Application and Portal Tester* *Location : Reston, VA* *Duration : 6+ Months * * * *Rate: $45/hr Corp to Corp (NO FLEX)* * * *Requirement/Experience*: Minimum *2-4 years* of experience in: *Mobile applications and portal testing* - Knowledge of E2E (functional/UI/Drive) testing of Android based Advanced Mobile Applications and Portal - Win driver FAST Framework based testing experience - Mobile Test Automation Experience *Mandatory Skills*: - Requirements’ analysis, generating test plans and test cases, writing test process documents following best practices. *Gap analysis* with *ISV *s to complete the *E2E test requirements*. - Good hands on experience on *E2E testing* experience of advanced *Android applications on handsets*. - Testing experience of advanced streaming applications along with data analysis of video quality and other acceptance parameters. - Testing of *Android applications like Mobile TV, Social web access applications, location based services, Android Market place and testing of parental control enforcement etc. * - Understanding of *radio policy*, writing and execution of test cases based on radio policy - Experience in *VCC testing*, various radio networks including *WiMAX, WiFI, EVDO, CDMA, 4G/LTE* - Experience in *reverse engineering*- derive the TRDs from wire frames or PRDs, designing the detailed test scenarios and use cases based on reverse engineering process. - Experience of *Mobile** Portal (Android based*) Testing, Testing of various interfaces with different sub systems (IT and Billing). - Experience in various testing types like *System, Sanity, Functionality, Reliability, Stress, Random, Performance, Regression, User acceptance* in one of the above mentioned domains. Well versed with testing concepts and methodologies. - Should be able to take the ownership of all the deliverables. - Should have excellent communication and writing skills. - Well versed in Defect Tracking tools like *BugZilla*, and *Mercury Quality Centre* etc. - Participate in understanding the *LAB SETUPS*, Advanced Telecommunication fundamentals should be clear. - Testing and porting/customization experience of Android applications on handsets. - Working experience on *Red Mine*. - Working on deliverables at very short notice and with best quality. - *Test automation* experience; automated Test Script preparation & Execute Test cases in Automation tool. - Good exposure to testing life cycle from requirement analysis, writing test cases, writing Test Scripts, and execute test cases & black box testing. - Excellent in *Test Execution Manual/Automated*, Analysis of logs, generating Test reports, Defect reporting and Tracking. - Checking the android logs for defect analysis.
