*Location:* St Louis *Duration:* 6months+ *Client:* Smurfit *Rate:* 50$/hrC2C Technical owner of a major ERP application segment. Provides technical leadership within the application. Works closely with business units to implement packaged system solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. Coordinates activities of programmers relating to the owned application. Works independently on the maintenance of in-place programs, and applications. Helps design and coordinate elements of large and complex installations. Performs all aspects of system design and assists with programming assignments. Fully knowledgeable in appropriate application programming languages/tool sets. Applies knowledge and experience with technology and application development methodologies to perform complex systems analysis techniques, testing, debugging, file design and storage. Understands and adheres to documentation standards, file design and storage. *Responsibility * · Set technical direction and coordinate activities for technical support of a major ERP application to solve business unit problems. · Work independently on the maintenance of in-place programs/applications; under direction and from detailed specifications. · Coordinate elements of large, complex application installations. Education & Work Experience *Skills and Experience: * The candidate should have a strong technical background in SAP ABAP programming language. Fully knowledgeable in SAP application programming languages/tool sets. Applies knowledge and experience with technology and application development methodologies to perform complex systems analysis techniques, testing, debugging, file design and storage.
