Thanks. That fixed it. There are other packages missing, I am getting
them installed as we speak. Looks like the native python installation
on Ubuntu comes with vanilla flavour.

I have been inclined to check the status of the Clearcase integration
in ReviewBoard and found it very well supported. Great job!
