I'm in the middle of switching over to a new ReviewBoard server instance
and I would like at some future point to prevent existing users from
creating new reviews on the old RB instance.
I'd like the active reviews on the old RB instance to continue to be
accessed so they can be finalised and

There's no good way to do this short of going in and modifying the code. Is
there a reason that you're not just migrating everything over to the new
server?

Thanks for replying. It was necessary for me to get confidence in the
migration procedure and my earlier post was made when I have not really
practised it. At the end of last week I was ready and I moved the
rbsite/database (~140MB) over to the new server and switched the older
serve
