I'm trying to install Review Board 1.5 on Windows Server 2008
following the installation steps in the documentation.
The following command "easy_install ReviewBoard" fails to install the
paramiko dependency. It looks like the "paramiko" download link is
broken.

Unfortunately, given that the site is down, and we don't control where
paramiko comes from and don't have a copy of the Windows one to mirror,
there's not much we can do until they get the site back up. I'm trying to
investigate a solution to this.
