Is it possible to automate an rb-site install?
The help doesn't list an option for this, and piping in data isn't
sufficient due to the password prompts.

Not yet but it's on my TODO list. If someone wants to help speed it along,
I'll welcome a patch that adds parameters for each piece of data we need and
a flag for telling it to automate.
