I agree that this should be extended for Kubernetes. These OOM issues do cause issues for our operators so this would be useful to report back a failed job. @skonto I'd prefer to see `-XX:+ExitOnOutOfMemoryError` be added to the kube entrypoint. at the very least to have parity with yarn.
