Your right im sure, no probs in streaming the Flac files directly to the
touch at all. But the problem is only if i decode flac from external
streaming services like wimp on the server, not if i server decode local
flac files and that seams strange :confused:
I know it's not really ripping per se but.
I am currently using VinylStudio but have in the past used SpinItAgain.
Just wondered does anyone know of any other alternatives? Not Audacity
or similar but software actually designed for purpose of recording,
splitting and tagging vinyl?

Yea, probably the usual trouble with PCM: no way to tell the player in
time what kind of stream it is.
Rule#1: if you want your system to work without trouble, don't stream
PCM, it's not a suitable format for streaming.

Hi
I´m a bit of a beginner so could anyone tell me if server decoding for
ect wimp flac streaming is possible ?
It is no problem with a local flac file, but as soon as i try to decode
the flac stream from wimp ect to PCM on LMS the touch will not read the
file .:confused:
