Starting with J. River Media Center version 15.0.99: 10. Changed: Ogg and flac tags map database PUBLISHER to ORGANIZATION, database ORGANIZATION (if existing) to JR_ORGANIZATION, and if there's an ALBUM ARTIST write it out as both ALBUM ARTIST and ALBUMARTIST. Read either, ALBUM ARTIST preferent

It is J River Media Center. The mode you see is the physical tag window, which shows the tags in the Vorbis comment block (or other block, where appropriate). Normally this info is not shown, rather MCs internal database is used. Test it out - you just might like it! Its querying capabilities,
