Hi Nate, Rivendell uses dlopen to find libmad.so, libmp3lame.so and libtwolame.so. On Debian/Ubuntu systems, these libraries are available as libmad.so.0, libmp3lame.so.0 and libtwolame.so.0. You can either : * create manual links * install the associated libXYZ-dev packages (with provided link

Do you have a backed up copy of the original, unconverted 1.7.2 database? My suspicion is that the current, converted one is damaged. I would suggest reconverting it via the following method: 1) Close rdairplay and any other RD applications using the database 2) sudo /etc/init.d/rivendel

Not possible even after you work around this you get compile issues which can also be worked around but then I got stuck with "can't open /dev/gpio0" and gave up. I hope it gets looked at again as I have issues with new pcs and old kernels but for the moment its not a big issue I guess. Rega

I just tried to compile gpio-1.1.0 under Debian 7 and I get "unsupported kernel version". The kernel that comes with Debian 7 is 3.2.0. Is there a workaround for this? If not, I should be able to downgrade to Debian 6, as I'm building this with old hardware. Rob __
