Hi James, It sounds like something is missing in either your events or clocks, based on the description below it is difficult to tell. For a good starting point on how to work the Rivendell scheduler, check out the Brett Blog how-to. It is a few years old now, but still a good walk-through. My

I have seen this behavior with special characters in either the hostname or service name (can't remember). Even the RD Manual shows an example such as "WXYZ-FM", and I have found RD does NOT like the "-" character. Hope this helps, -Alan On 12/12/2014 10:14 AM, James Oliver wrote: Hi, I a

Thank You! Confirmed that Rivendell does not like having special characters in the service code at least '-' I created a new service without the '-' in the name and the Log created properly. On Fri, Dec 12, 2014 at 11:07 AM, James Oliver wrote: > > I am using a service "CKXU-FM" I will try ch

The 32KD has been around a long time and the date on our USI manual is 2008, so I don't think it is a recent change. We've got a quarter million dollar project that suddenly came to a screeching halt because of this. We're already over a year overdue. Apparently no one uses a 32KD with Rivendell.

Hi, I do see that the source code for the SAS USI driver is a part of the main tarball, so you could presumably fix it there if you have someone on your team who is a knowledgeable C coder. It is also possible that somenone on this list - knowing what the difficulty is - might offer a fix / patch
