It's sounding like you initially had these set up to use ALSA rather than HPI. Updating the HPKLinux package may be your problem. The 6011 and 6114 are both pretty long in the tooth and were end-of-lifed by ASI some time ago; it’s entirely possible that ASI has removed support for them from the latest driver.
