In our dropboxes, we use /path/to/folder/* without extension
It works perfectly. Rivendell imports ogg, mp3 and wav together

Interesting ! I seem to recall there was a time it was not possible !
Right now we have several configured dropboxes for the same directory,
listening to mp3, MP3, flac, FLAC, etc.
Having only one dropbox definition per actual directory will be great
for us.
