I appreciate all the people who responded to my inquiry regarding the
Dell Optiplex 3060. I decided on this PC.
While I'm waiting for them to be delivered, I decided to build a Centos
7 Rivendell system on an older test computer
using the Paravel Instructions -

Never mind. I got it. I had set the "time zone" as the rd user by
right clicking the clock. I forgot to set the time zone during CentOS
install, so I had to do it in the terminal as root.
