In RdAdmin -> Manage Hosts -> [hostname] -> RdAirPlay, I expect to see a
"Configure Now & Next Parameters" button next to "Configure Hot Keys" but
there is just nothing there. As far as I can tell, it's the only thing
missing from that part of the interface.
