I know this is totally off the wall. But I thought I'd ask to see if
anybody has done this. Basically what I'm wanting to know if anybody has
tried to interface Rivendell with an Arrakis Digilink IV system. I have
a rather strange thought process as to why I would like to accomplish

server and sql server setup and managed to get it to work. If so what was your
experience with it? What kind of issues have you ran into if any?

ower outages and no UPS for the server like I recommended it be
put on. That's why I'm looking at the cloud as a possible solution.

Rob,
I'm liking this idea. Now my question to you is if a DJ at the studio wished to
go live. How are you handling the live feed then?

OK, I'm stewing over the cloud idea still. But in the meantime I need to get my
current install fixed. Here's where I'm at, the existing database is hosed. I
believe at the point I've remedied the initial issue that caused this. So I've
created a brand new database so that I can be assured I'm n
Is there a good location to where one can find the most current and up to date
manual that covers the changes and enhancements made to Rivendell. Looking
online what I'm finding seems to be a bit out of date and the station that I'm

Ok I'm a bit baffled! I got a brand new ThinkServer TS140 I'm trying to put
Rivendell on. I'm trying to use the appliance cd from Paravels Website. Doing
the stand alone install everything seems to complete without error. Then bam
upon reboot I get a kernel panic. Using the same CD and choosing

I’m curious to see if anybody has tried to install Rivendell under the Linux
environment that was made available to Windows 10 during the fall creators
update. I was thinking about playing around with it to see if I can make
Rivendell work. But, I figured I’d ask here first just in case someone
