I have the same problem and still haven't managed to fix it. I'm thinking of
doing a complete OS re-install but am hoping someone smarter than me can help
fix it first.

I tried the solution below and no joy. I still get error - unable to create

Also there doesn't seem to be any files in
- etc/apache2/conf.d/rd-bin.conf
or
-/etc/rivendell/apache.conf
Obviously there is something up my apache install? Can anyone advise?
Thanks folks

Hi Folks,
Thanks for your help in previous posts about this but I still can't fix the
problem. I'm still getting the 'cannot create audio file' message when
importing to RD. I tried doing a remove/re-install using synaptic to see if
that fixes the problem but my RD still stays the same and also re

Hi folks,
Since upgrading to RD 2.0 I can't import audio anymore. The original files
I had imported in 1.7 are still there and playing but when I import new
files I get - 'Import error Unable to create destination file'

Hi folks,
Having a bit of trouble syncing the clock on the top left of RDAirplay to
sync correctly with the computer. It's flashing red even though the
computers clock and Rivendell's appear normal i.e they are both displaying
the same hrs:mins:secs
Can ye suggest how I might fix it ?
Thanks
Joh
LT1010 works a treat. I agree about it being a little messy but heck its

Thanks for the replies guys. I'm missing something though.

Hi folks, I'm working with rivendell fairly regularly now and am
(slowly)learning what it's capable of. I'm trying to find a way to 'watch'
folders for automatic import. Is there a way that this can be done?
Something like a folder for each cart type?
Thanks in advance
