I should have mentioned this but the rd.conf does point to the correct
server. We have also tested pointing to our production environment and the
client connects just fine.

all of our services (we have 2). However, this option does nothing for us,
and we have to manually add the log chain events.
Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

We use a cron job that runs RDLogManager via commandline to generate a log
every three days.
