Pretty much, set up the CentOS 7 Rivendell server option. restored
/var/snd and restored the 2.10.3 database followed by as root rddbmgr
--modify
Then built the CentOS 7 Rivendell Rivendell client option for the
workstations with the exception of one ubuntu setup. The new install
scripts

Currently using theBroadcast Tools ACS 8.2 on CentOS 7 Riv 2.16.0 with sat
receiver with no problems. I think there should be no problem running it
with rdcatch

I have experienced the same problem log generation problems. we have 3
stations all on different servers. All run Riv 2.10.3 on Centos 6.
eventually wanting to move to Riv 3.x Centos 7. but so far log generation
has been a hanging point. Have tried both the standalone and server install
methods on

problems with the db. after running msqlcheck and fixing the issues the

down the hall we have a centos 6 2.10.0 system with no issues with rdcatch.
also no issues with my home test box Riv 3.1.0
anybody run into this issue? and any solutions?

We have never run rddbcheck, looks pretty straight forward
Having done a dry run through with --no 'answer all questions with no' its
obvious we are overdue to clean things up.
The big question is.Should mysql and/or rivendell be stopped or is it
possible to run rddbcheck on an in-use system?
we use Rivendell drop box with dropbox.com.
Simple as installing the dropbox.com client on one of your machines.
That will give you a 'local sync'd' file
Then set up Riv Drop Box the same as you would any other...
