Hi, Check that the user account that you're running Rivendell and Jack under is a member of the audio group. Check your /security/limits.conf and make sure both your rivendell group and the audio group are properly configured. If you make changes, you'll need to log off / log back in (or reboot)

Well, I'm still stuck with my problem. WAV storage works perfectly, but I'm a bit in a disk space issue here, so I'd rather not use it. Anyone with a clue on what's happening ? I can't figure out why JACK and Rivendell work perfectly with WAV storage, and segfault with MPEG2 storage. Also, this r
