Recently made the switch to the latest Centos Appliance and have been happy except for the NFS performance. It works fine in rdlibrary, but when using voice tracking in rdlogedit it tends to be sluggish and often hangs for about 5 seconds. I'm using the same hardware and gigabit network as the old Ubuntu 10.04 installation (which worked like being on the local machine).

I have tried fooling with various options such as async, which I think helps but not enough.
Here's an example of my fstab setting:

169.254.xxx.xxx:/var/snd /var/snd nfs rsize=32768,wsize=32768,nfsvers=3,hard,timeo=600,retrans=2,intr,async,noatime, 0 0

Is there something I'm missing maybe?

Many thanks
