Additional info that I think should help narrow it down, I placed an audio file in /var/snd, renamed it 91_001.wav and made a cart with the same number even though I couldn't import audio info into the database. I was able to double click on the cut in RDLibarary and play it back on the Cut Inf

Is it the Rivendell Apache configuration permissions problem? The default config is for Apache 2.2 (it might be 2.0) and below but if you're running 2.4 you can't use the allow/deny directives. Instead you have to use require directives. See the top of this section for more info http://rivendell
