Additional info that I think should help narrow it down, I placed an audio
file in /var/snd, renamed it 91_001.wav and made a cart with the same
number even though I couldn't import audio info into the database. I was
able to double click on the cut in RDLibarary and play it back on the Cut
Inf
I can access addcart.html with no problem so my rd-bin.conf file appears to
be working ok,
however if i try to execute rdxport.cgi from a browser it gives me this

Are you sure you can write to the audio directory? (what is
it.../var/snd I believe). The database?
Maybe try manually copying a file to the audio directory (on the
appliance it won't allow
Is it the Rivendell Apache configuration permissions problem? The default
config is for Apache 2.2 (it might be 2.0) and below but if you're running
2.4 you can't use the allow/deny directives. Instead you have to use
require directives.
