[RDD] Reports: Spin Count & Text Log

RD 3.6.5: I'm not sure if anyone has noticed, after generating the spin count report for a day, it doesn't always report the spins. Other times when it does show them when you click view report, it doesn't always save the spin count part of the report to file, it stops after saving the record

I am a Rivendell novice at a new nonprofit radio station looking for information to help me get reports out of Rivendell. My immediate need is to document for station sponsors when their audio spots were played. I hope to also be able to understand Rivendell's reporting capabilities more broadly. C

It appears the problem with RDLogManager is that the service name doesn't show up. The service shows up in everything else such as under rdadmin, in rdairplay and logged it etc... And the host is enabled for that service. As soon as I do a restore of my database the service name won't show up i

I've made sure groups are set to include in music reports. I've created a generic report in rdadmin and selected all events and music and traffic log. Set output to text. I've set Linux path to /home/rduser/%y%m%d.txt I've been generating logs in rdlogmanager but when I click on manage reports

Not sure if u use 3rd party report software or just a text output file from a sql query, but "WHERE CARTnumber" and " WHERE CUTnumber" = "your selection from DB" added to your current report query shud give it to you. Maybe do a copy of current report query and modify it to select the cart and
